Prayer is a critical part of our connecting with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as well as connecting with other people in our congregation, community, nation and world.
We would love to pray for you.
Please email us your prayer request, and you will be prayed for by our pastor and prayer team. Your prayer requests can be anonymous or you can include your name and a way to contact you if you wish to have someone pray with you directly. All requests are held in confidence, and are done with the utmost respect for you.
Crossroads at Prayer
Would you like to pray for others? Here is what our congregation is praying for at the moment.
Prayers of Joy: Best wishes on birthdays and anniversaries; for occasions where families get together and rejoice in what blessings they have been given; for all the Waunafest volunteers; a youth of our congregation received the Grand Champion award at the Dane Co. Fair..
Prayers of Concern: All those recovering from surgeries and long term illnesses and those with unspoken concerns; those who are looking for jobs and have no insurance; a father and cousin of members who are ill; prayers for a member recovering from an auto-immune disease flare.
Prayers of Comfort in Grief: For the families of, as well as our congregation, grieving the loss of three beloved members who passed away recently; all those who have lost loved ones.
Prayers for Peace, Justice and Safety: Those who are without homes or jobs; children of homeless families; all our military and their families all around the world; all families of school age children at risk during the summer; those trying to stop the oil spill.
Prayers for Christian Unity: Brooklyn Community United Methodist Church, their pastor and 126 members.
